雁子和老公都很愛肉骨茶🍲。奈何新冠肺炎疫情在我國繼續肆虐,檳城更是繼續的實施行動管制令 MCO2。這也意味著,要外出用餐,不再可以像以往一樣肆無忌憚。即便政府已經放寬條例,可我們不再敢像以往一樣隨心的外出用餐,這自然包括外出享用我們思思念念的肉骨茶。

⭕烹煮準備

✅ 一包鼎豐香肉骨茶藥材包 (茶包内包含一袋鼎豐香肉骨茶藥材包及一包醬料)

✅ 按照喜好將800克至1公斤肉切塊 (建議使用排骨)

✅ 1500 毫升的水以及2粒蒜頭

💢雁子很貪心,太久沒吃肉骨茶了,於是不斷在腦海裏回憶曾經品嘗的肉骨茶味道!再仔細回想肉骨茶内的配料… 於是,除了排骨,雁子還加入了豬肚,豬腸,三層肉,油豆腐,及玉米筍,哈哈!其實大家都可以按照自己的喜好加入喜歡的食材啦。

⭕烹調指南

1. 將肉骨茶藥材包和蒜頭加入水靜泡30分鐘。

2. 30分鐘後,將水煮沸。

3. 加入“醬料”,再依序加入食材,然後蓋上砂鍋以中火烹煮50分鐘即可上桌了。

💢因爲雁子有加入豬肚,所以事前已經先將豬肚沸水煮1個小時,之後才加入烹煮。所有的肉類 (排骨,三層肉,豬腸) 也汆燙一遍才加入一塊熬煮。烹煮至第40分鐘的時候,才加入玉米筍及油豆腐。

⭕溫馨建議50分鐘的烹煮時間是以蓋上砂鍋蓋之後肉骨茶開始沸騰才開始計算。如果是重口味者,可以加入耗油提升味感。愛酒香者可以在肉骨茶端上桌前加入一些紹興酒。
